Just carry on reading and you will see what exciting methods we have of instilling teamwork:Blind Driving: The driver is blind folded and the co-pilot helps navigate the driver around a simple course. This game enforces trust and co-operation between the two parties. A great way of testing someone's temper. ![]() Treasure Hunt: The task is to follow the clues around the Estate and locate the Land Rover keys, then locate the Land Rover. The individual works as part of a team to bring back the Land Rover safely, the catch is that there is another team looking for it too! It is a race that tests teamwork, leadership, map reading skills and lateral thinking. Command Tasks: Command Tasks are a system that is well used by the Armed Forces in instilling teamwork. The team is confronted with a logistical problem, and they need to find a way to solve it. There is a time limit, and there are penalties for losing any team members during the game. The Command Tasks are a great way of identifying natural Leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure and the ability to think laterally. It can be used for current employees, or as a way of recruiting only the best.
