Stress Management Days

WOC now offers Stress Managment Days with a qualified Stress Consultant. The 3Hr workshop teaches students to recognise the causes and signs of stress and how to manage stress. The day can be extended to include additional teambuilding and time management tasks.

Prices are £350 plus VAT for upto 12 people. Half Day Workshops are £175 plus VAT. Just call the office for more details.
