Centre Hire Tariffs
The tariffs for hiring the Centre are as follows:1 Lecture Room: £60 per day
2 Lecture Rooms: £100 per day
IT Suite Only (4 PC Stations): £80 per day
Use of the whole Centre (non-exclusive): £150 per day
Projector Hire: £30 per day
Laptop Hire: £30 per day
Guides and Safety Staff: £75 per day per staff
Access to Grounds and Estate: Free
Tent Site: £3 per person per night (offered only to clients between March and September. Not open to the public)
Additional Charges for catering, stationary, printing etc.
Half day prices are exactly half that of the listed price above. Am sessions run from 9am-1pm. PM sessions run from 1pm-5pm. AM sessions must vacate the room in good time in order to allow a PM session to enter on time. Any AM sessions that run overtime will be charged for the remainder of the day.
Prices are in addition to VAT. A Loyalty Scheme is offered to businesses and organisations that wish to use the Centre more than ten times per year. The Loyalty scheme offers discounts of 10% on everything except catering.
Please contact the office to discuss catering costs. There is a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering parties.
